Policy
All items ship via USPS to United States & Canada residences only . After your payment has been received and processed in full, your package will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (processing ) however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to USPS handling.
Once the package has been delivered by the USPS, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Standard shipping: Expect package within 4-7 business days (weekends not included)
Please contact us if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number.
The Bodied Clinic ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package.
We offer a One- Time Reshipment of the product that includes a fee.
The Bodied Clinic does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered " by the postal service.
Refund
Policy
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us and Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent out immediately .
Damaged Products: For items that arrive damaged, please email us with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Lost/Stolen Package:
The Bodied Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. After that reach out to us vis email with the information and we will file a claim on our end and help with replacement based on our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
We love to keep our customers happy so we will review a order for cancellation and it may be granted based on our discretion.
